no windsreen or postal pcn but received NTK after 32 days asking for full finr
I was parked on Double yellow lines. Got back warden was about to give a ticket. I got in the car and droce off. 35 days latter I got NTD asking for fine for £110 and yo pay it within 28 days. I have looked on the site and they have a picture of me in the car but there is no pcn on windcreen. On w hat grounds can I make an appeal on.

I don’t think you have any grounds, if you admit you were parked on double yellow lines, saw the warden writing a ticket and drove off to prevent him putting the notice on the windscreen!0
