Bought December ... dent has been there for months. Which is it? It's only been 3 months. Or did you mean December 2017?

    Sorry I mean Dec 2018
That's exactly the point I was making ... it has only been THREE months since purchase. So what are you classifying as months in "a tiny dent at the bottom which has been there for months"? You damaged it within days of getting it?

Basically yes : was just a week or so after purchase.

As already mentioned, the fact it carried on working, doesn't mean that the problem isn't a result of the damage it sustained 3 months ago.

So it's in perfect cosmetic condition, apart from the damage? Does that sound okay to you?

What else has happened to it that doesn't show up as a dent?

Self damaged in the first week...I'd have cried!
