Euro parking charge

Hi, my mother received a parking charge notice from Euro car parks for £60 or £100 if not paid in 2 weeks. She did pay for a ticket but not enough to cover the period she was there, she got there at 18:58 and left at 21:34, she did pay but only enough for 2 hours I believe. She never had cash or her card on her and was told to meet a party in tgis at 7pm and didn’t realise she would be there until 9:30pm. How do I appeal this charge as it’s expensive been as though she did pay just not quite enough.

What happened when you did the VERY first thing the NEWBIES thread tells everyone to do in every case, complain to the retailer/landowner management?

Please always read the sticky thread first. The forum here is so busy we have no time to deal with standard first appeal stage for which there is a template (please don't copy it here to ask if it's the right one - yes).

If you are to get off, it will be on a technical point as set out in the Newbies thread. However, the facts are that she read enough to pay for parking and then stayed beyond that. On the face of it, she is going to have a problem in overturning this unless any of the technical points work.

Didn't have cash or card but paid for 2 hours??? Odd.

Was the NtK delivered in time? Give us dates of event and date on NtK.
Was the wording correct?

Forget GRACE, too long an overstay.

You will have to do some work if you want to rely on signage - pohotos etc.
