New double glazing before re-render?

I am planning to have new double glazing installed and the outside of my house re-rendered.
Which is best to get done first?

Thanks.

I'm no expert but given that lugging old windows out could cause some damage to the surrounds, I'd have said windows first, render afterwards.

Windows first - the fitters will knock the rendering about and make good with just cement.

    Rendering is a skill

I wasn't sure if the glaziers would risk more damage to the rendering or the renderers* more damage to the windows.

*not sure if that's a word!
