Get the parts and fix it yourself. Lenovo is one of the only laptop manufacturers who put full service manuals on their support website which shows how to completely dismantle and re-assemble the entire laptop. It isn't rocket science to change hinges and the bezel.

tip. if you are going to repair it yourself take a photo of each major part you strip down, print off the image and tape the screws to the relevant screw holes on the image. that way you shouldn't be left with a hand full of screws when you come to rebuilding like i did the first time i stripped a laptop

Before you buy anything I would suggest you take the laptop apart first.

Many hinges don't actually break, what does break is the plastic area that the hinges are fixed to....

Good tip! I've just ordered some precision screwdrivers so will do that first.

I had a look at the manual but there's a lot of, unscrew screw A from hinge B while holding point X! :) There's a pretty good YT video that is clearer but yes, I'll give it a go.

Another top tip - either that or video it. Thank you.

Get some masking tape. Next to the first hole to unscrew put a piece of tape next to the hole
and write on it 'A' with an arrow pointing to that hole. Undo the screw and wrap a piece of making tape around the screw but leave a tail on it like on the 'sell by' date on bread loaves and on the tab write 'A'

Now to the next Screw - 'B' :)

Extra tip: record what you are doing on your mobile too, as it can help with cable paths and connector positioning
