Then you must say that the CETV is for divorce purposes, as the calculations and the paperwork differ from a transfer CETV.0 -

You've read PM320 on the RPMI/RPS website ?
If you register (if not already) on the RPS website you will be able to see the total of your contributions made into BRASS together with their current value. That might give you a reference/comparison to the figures you have received.

Just adding that I requested a CETV from the Railway Pension Scheme a couple of years back and it worked out 12 x my annual pension plus my BRASS contributions on top. So I didn't bother with that one.0

Hi, when did you join the scheme and were you brass 1 or 2. ? My cetv seems quite low, considering it includes brass contributions0

Hi,
I'm in Brass 2 but as I'm one of the lower paid railway workers and suffer the effects of pension intergration mine wasn't much either. I'd been in the scheme for approx 25 years then. Approx 140000 and that included 60000 of Brass funds.0 -
Oh you have more than me (as in length of time), 25ys . I have 17. My 76000 also inc my brass2 of 11000....I was only surprised at the figures as I was expecting , or thought, it would be a lot more but I guess the figures seem abt right compared to yours and the extra 8yrs of contributions you have made...0
