I once knew someone who was chuffed to bits at the amount of money they'd made selling their stuff like this - that is until they realised how much money they'd actually spent buying it in the first place!
Fine, make a bit back to cut your losses but better not to waste your cash in the first place.
As for this thread, it sounds highly dubious and dare I hypothesize about knock-off or counterfeit stuff? Of course I don't dare.0
