    To be more helpful... if it’s a new account any sort of en-made following, liking and RTing can get you banned. It helps to space it out a bit.

    I know a fair few people had issues near Christmas, even those with old accounts as they deemed everything automated.

    Just cool off on the follow/like/RT and do a few each hour, until you build up a “older” more reliable account :)

    If you were entering competitions very quickly Twitter can see it is automated behaviour, although even if you’re super quick can’t see you beating a bot lol

    What a horrible answer. If you don't want to help then move along but don't speak for other members on this board. We can in fact answer it as it happens to compers from time to time. It is likely you have been temporarily banned because you have entered a lot of comps on there quite quickly. Or when entering comps have repeated the same phrase, comment in the comments section. It's almost certainly one of those if you're a comper. It just picks up repeated comments, retweets etc if theres a lot of them in a short period of time and sees them as spam.
