Insurance 2 go

Quite disappointed to see this site reccomend insurance 2 go as number 1 insurance for mobile phones.
I usually use this forum to check on best deals and companies but my wife took out insurance on her i phone.
She recently had it stolen caught on CCTV and a crime reference rec'd from police.
However insurance 2 go kept continuously asking the same questions before deciding they are not going to settle the claim,
Do not use this company, they have great reviews for easo taking out a policy but the reviews from anyone who has had to make a claim are dire.
May I suggest they get removed from being no 1 from this site.

I agree 100%. This Company is the worst. I know of 3 people who have been refused compensation.
Including my partner. 55 minutes hanging on a phone.
