i don't know what happened but it wont work, i cant use half the keys and other keys won't work unless i put pressure on them

Seeing as half keys are working and half aren't it's nothing to do with the connection. Have you spilled anything into it? It could just be a build up of dirt under the keys, you wouldn't believe the amount of stuff that collects there. Either way I can't see much action you can take apart from taking it back to the shop or buying a new one, luckily they're pretty cheap.
In the meantime you can use the on-screen keyboard. Go to your Start Menu, click run, and enter osk and press ok.0 -
