Wedding dress was ordered in a local bridal shop and was informed delivery would be December 2018, which came and went with no sign of the dress. Was then told new delivery date would be February 2019, again February has been and gone. Now down to 5 weeks before wedding and still waiting!
The bridal shop is chasing this order with Allure so can't fault them but to any brides to be if you don't want a stressful run up to your wedding wondering if your dress is going to arrive avoid ALLURE.

Bride to be has recently looked and alarm bells are ringing loudly. At the moment just hoping that it will all turn out ok.I don't believe you can buy directly through them but through selected bridal shops only.Realise contract is with bridal shop just don't want anyone else to go through this uncertainty.0

Yes but you've still not put the address..
Do you have a clue which EXACT company you are wanting to complain about ...
There's dozens of similarly named companies.
Bride to be won't appreciate being flagged up unless you intended to.
Even so they are a random name too.. decide if you want to name and shame ..anyone..otherwise it's just a vague moan0 -

Allure.com is a US beauty magazine. So there must be more to the address.0

Meanwhile, order something online from China that will do, and costs under £100 & is paid for on credit card. Or hit an Oxfam bridal store with an equally clear budget & an open mind.
If you have the right Chinese supplier, or get on with the Oxfam staff, you are hopefully going to get a Choice of dresses in time for the day and the American (?) thing can be left to your wedding insurance to beat up.
It's very tough being the bride, but do not focus on the dress so hard you don't have a backup to wear on the day. Yes, it would be nice to be photographed in the stunner you chose & have waited for, but focus on the stunner you are marrying & hope to live with for the rest of your days. You can always get another photo shoot later (if you must), but the right bloke is altogether more important.
May it be a happy day & a long & wonderful marriage!0
