Do I have to accept a credit note?

Hello, any help here would be much appreciated. I purchased some items of clothing from a website which weren’t suitable so I returned. They emailed me a few days later providing me with a voucher code for their website saying they do not provide refunds and that “As per the Terms and conditions you agreed to, prior to purchase, our returns policy is Credit facility only.”
I have since written them a letter (within 14 days of me receiving the items) stating that I would like a full refund under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Can this still be applied to me even though it clearly states on the website refunds will not be provided?
Thanks in advance

Where is the company based. Or what is the company if you are unsure0

The company is based in Sheffield0

CAn you give a lot more detail?
What exactly were the items and were they personalised?
It s customary to thank people who, reply to you.0 -
If you give the company name, and the product you bought, someone can check the T&Cs and advise you better. In normal situations you'd be entitled to a full refund (provided your handling of the goods hadn't caused any damage or reduced the value of the goods) - T&Cs mandating only a credit note would be illegal.0

Yes of course, the items that I purchased from
them were clothing and they were not personalised in any way.0 -
Sorry this is the first time I’m using this website so I’m not 100% if I’m using it correctly.
The website which I purchased the clothing from was Sorelle UK.0 -
Their terms aren’t legal
“All returning items will be provided with a store credit.
This does not effect your consumer rights. You may place an order for your desired item using the store credit”
Tell them as their terms don’t affect your consumer rights you would like to exercise your consumer rights to a full refund inc the delivery cost to you.0 -

Lots about that to not trust ... no company details or number, no contact address, details hidden in WHOIS.0 -
Assuming you paid by card try a chargeback from your card provider.0

It would be useful for others to know, what made you choose them? What search terms did you use?0
