Hi All, Last year our estate agents sent through the contract renewal for the property we rent and asked for £60 admin fee, I questioned the fee and didn't hear back from them and didn't sign the renewal. My post was talking about an SPT. Tenant's notice under an SPT must cover one tenancy period ie 28th - 28th. If tenant chooses to serve it early, ie 1 period plus x days earlier, it must still expire at the end of a period.
