Cheap Energy Club using wrong tariff
My existing deal is coming to an en soon and CEC uses my suppliers default tariff to show what I will be paying next year - fair enough.
But my provider has offered me a new tariff that is significantly cheaper.
I've changed my details to show the new tariff, and CEC has accepted, them but every time I ask for a comparison it insists on using the default tariff and not the tariff I have entered, even though the new tariff is shown when logging-on.
