Hc1 form

Hi everyone.
I am thinking of filling out an hc1 form for myself. I last did it when I was living with my parents but now I have moved out and I pay rent and other costs. It does say on the form to find out the financial requrmeents on the website but I can’t find it.
I was wondering if I have a chance of getting any help at all.
I earn 1192 a month.
Rent 375
Council tax 128 but it’s going to 104 in April.
These are the only costs they ask for.
Any help would be grateful.

Here’s the form so you can see exactly what they ask for.

For people on Universal Credit there are earnings limits as below"Universal CreditGiven that your income is higher than this I think you're unlikely to qualify.
If you’re getting Universal Credit, your entitlement to free NHS prescriptions depends on your earnings for the most recent assessment period. You’re entitled if your earnings during that period were:- £435 or less
- £935 or less if your Universal Credit includes an element for a child, or if you have a limited capability for work or limited capability for work and work related activity.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -

I realise that. I'm just using the UC guidance on qualifying for Help with Health Costs as a guide to answering your question as to whether you have any chance of qualifying. Unfortunately there isn't, to the best of my knowledge, a calculation that you can do to find out but based on this UC guidance it is my opinion that you are unlikely to qualify.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Just remember that the link provided above still doesn't ask about specific earnings or outgoings in terms of rent. The only way you are going to know for sure is if you complete the HC1 form and see the response from that.0
