MP3 Player Problem

I have a 1GB Qoolqee MP3 Player.

When I deleted all the MP3's it was still showing 699MB Used Space in Explorer.

After reformating I recovered the used space. However the software was corrupted.

I have now reinstalled the software and the player is working again. The only trouble is that some of it is in Chinese!!! There were about 7 .dll files in different languages and I deleted all but the English One. However although the software reinstalled again some of it is still in Chinese.

Any help would be appreciated otherwise I am off to night school to learn Chinese!

BTW the manual refers to a web site Qoolqee.com but this no longer seeems to be in existance.
