Mediation process and top tips.

Hi everyone,
I had a letter a couple of weeks ago about an apparent 3 parking fines from over a year ago. I have never received anything until the letter inviting me to court.
I have been through the processes and now I have mediation this coming week.
I am aware that I may have parked in this car park but havnt heard anything until the court letter. So my argument is that I would have paid the fines in full if I knew I had them.
Are there any tips for the mediation process? What to say in the phone and anything to strengthen my argument?
Thanks a lot!

Wow, no-one does Mediation.
Pointless for a parking scam case.
You need to read the NEWBIES sticky thread, 2nd post which tells you what to do and when, how to defend, and why NOT to do Mediation.
Please read it thoroughly (no link needed, see my signature, it's 2 clicks back).
All you can do is show us your defence and prepare to improve upon it & add evidence, in your Witness Statement. All the stages are explained in the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -

OH BOY ..... your argument is useless
Mediation is a waste of time, you might as well deal with a person in the next street to you.
The mediator will be clueless about the parking scam and their job is to stop you going to court.
You can change this if you wish, a judge is better versed in the parking scam
What made you go for mediation ?????0 -

No-one defends like that. No-one would have paid these scam fake fines.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No-one defends like that. No-one would have paid these scam fake fines.
The OP might as well give his bank account info and let the scammer take over0
