Gladstones Claim Form - is contesting worth the risk?

  • We received a copy of the judgement which states '... the court exercised its discretion to strikeout the claim although it also did bear in mind that the defendant had the right to park where he did under his tenancy agreement. There was no contractural right to payment.'

It also ordered 'that the defendant do pay the Claimant's loss of earnings... payable by 2/10/2019'.

That seems to be the wrong way around!

I had better write to the court to ask them to correct or I may find Gladstones pursuing me for the money which would be ironic.

Upload the image to a free webhosting site, Imgur is one but there are many others, and post a link to it here.
