It's the Accredited/Approved Operators Scheme membership that's important. Forget anything else.0

Quick question, the parking company is a member of both the IPC (Accredited Operator) and BPA (just a member).
Guessing I just go down the IPC route instead of the BPA and wait for the NtK?My current PCN notice is with a BPA approved operatorPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks! Yes an IPC scumbag sadly!! Typical, had to get bitten by a snake!
The waiting game begins!0 -
Back on the case sadly.
Received a Notice to Keeper through the post. However, it states the only method to contact them is through the post, what kind of backwards method is that, one step above carrier pigeon...
Anyway, had a look online and through the forum and the only email address I can find is the data protection one on the form. Should I use this? The standard appeal template does include elements on data protection so makes sense, and could even add in a more heavy slant on data protection?
Or do I have to go through the post?
Any help is greatly appreciated! Also going to complain to the land owner.0 -
Having received a windscreen ticket, weren't you going to post your initial appeal on day 26?0

As they are an IPC member I just waited for the NtK to arrive as per the Newbies thread due to it being pointless to appeal.
Thought they were only BPA but that was my mistake. From memory that was also the advice on this thread but that may have been edited or I just jumped to a conclusion.0 -
An IPC firm at a residential site, only offering a postal address and a BPA and IPC member - I am guessing it's UKCPM.do I have to go through the post?
Come back when Gladstones send you a LBC (see the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
