Whether there was or wasn't domestic abuse is largely irrelevant. If she says there was, she'll probably get legal aid...

I don't think anyone was disputing you need evidence in domestic abuse circumstances or individuals claiming domestic abuse, but were saying she could be easily spoken to anyone of those agencies listed in the link you have provided and claimed this was happening aka lie.
She has clearly been granted legal aid if you have received a letter asking you top submit your representations in terms of her receiving this legal aid.
You believe that she hasn't informed the legal aid agency of the change in circumstances, so all you can now do is reply within the time limit they give you and let them know this.
In regards to the domestic abuse, if you believe she has lied or said something to suggest this was happening and it hasn't happened then you need to get your solicitor or legal professional involved.0
