I requested log in information twice over the weekend, no reply!
Wondering by this afternoon why no reply, sent another email to the required email address, no reply again!
I have sent another email now, I hope by the morning I will have had a reply, if not a phone call I think.

I was under the impression that they don't offer online account access. That's what I was read in the information they sent me when I opened one of their savings accounts.
I'd say a reasonable time to wait before following up an email is 2-4 working days.0 -
Their FAQs say:17. Can I view my account online?
No, there is no online access to BLME savings accounts.

So there seems little point asking for log in information, especially at a weekend.0
