Private Parking Company Fine

Hi. I had occasion to park in a small car park which serves a Co op, Greggs and a Costa.
It has about 18 marked bays which on my entering were all taken. I parked outside the front of Costa as there were no yellow lines or chevrons and there was nowhere else to park.
I knew at the entrance there is a sign saying maximum parking time is 2 hours please see the terms and conditions. The Ts + Cs are on a couple of 45cm square signs in small writing.
So unbeknown to me I was being photographed by a discreet dome camera and I had a PCN saying I was there for a recorded 4 mins and I was getting this because I wasn't parked within the bays and the fine is £100 or £60 if paid within 14 days.
So after I appealed using the 'grace period' defence it was rejected on that basis and I now have to pay.

Is this worth challenging still?
