Yes I agree with the above if they say it hasn't been delivered then it still belongs to the company and you can raise a claim on your credit card and the only problem might be the elapsed time I don't know if there is a time limit on raising section 75 claims
if they say it had been delivered and therefore was your property then I suppose your best thing to do with the ask where it is
legally of course it had been delivered and was your property and therefore had no right to be included in any distribution but that won't help you if you know the credit card route!0 -
