Disability Premium doesn’t exist for ESA.
IS, JSA stil have it but it has never been payable for ESA claimants ast the WRAG and Support Group are payable instead.0 -
Taken from this link.

If you get income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) you cannot get the disability premium, but you may still qualify for the severe and enhanced premiums.0 -
Hi there,I’m new to this and wasn’t quite sure how to post a new thread so thought it best to comment under someone else’s question on the same subject.
I’m looking for help as I’m on ESA and PIP, I phoned up after learning about SDP and was told over the phone I could apply(a few simple questions) I was then told I would hear back from them to which I received a text message which said;
Payment will be paid to your account for arrears of SDP after quality checks are completed, thanks.!
What I would like to know is ,has anyone else received a text like this and if so how did it go?, and what do “quality checks” mean?.
Just interested to know if know there is a limit of arrears?,as I started pip a year ago. Thanks0 -
The arrears should be fully backdated to the same date as your PIP.
No idea what the quality checks mean - probably just checking other DWP records to see that there isn't anybody living at your address etc.
