Hi,
I had a default that was settled with satisfaction on the November 12th 2013 for 200 pounds and the default came off my record on the 27th of Feb 2019. My credit report resets on 23rd of March with Experian.
I am intending to apply for a mortgage with my partner and I was just wondering do I need to wait for report reset as I am unsure of the mortgage team and underwriter will see it?
There seems to be a diff between report date and the default date coming off.
Should I wait till 23rd?

If it’s off now then it’s off.
When a lender runs a check on you they see a live view of your report not the monthly one you get0 -
If you want to be sure about the other reports, either wait until after the 23rd or pay to view your credit reports for Experian, Equifax and CallCredit.0
