Ageas Elastic

Our house insurance is currently on a rolling monthly payment with Ageas Elastic. I can't find any reviews anywhere (except some negative ones on Ageas's Facebook page). Has anyone any opinions or experience of claiming through this house insurance system? We just want to be sure that we're insuring with the best people.

I used to work for Ageas at Head Office. I've got my reasons to be negative about them regarding my employment but in this instance, from a consumer point of view, I'd give them a thumbs up. Their call centres are all in the UK and the guys (and girls) that work in those are generally pretty helpful, or at least try to be. Don't get me wrong, they're there to make a profit, but for the most part Ageas are a pretty decent company for their customers...although I have no doubt that some people would disagree, probably those that used to send in some of the CEO level complaint letters that we dealt with!
