Unauthorised Deuctions On My Account?

Hiya

I have a deduction on my current account statement as "AQUA PAY" to the amount of £20. I have not had dealings with them as far as I know, Now I did some research and apparently sometimes online gaming can use the above descriptor, which I do play online Poker

I use Red Nines poker (Who I have queried their descriptions before, and resulted in me getting a new card jsut 2 days ago, and they said it can be listed as RosatHoldings, Palm Invest, Microgaming network, E-cash to name but a few)

I also used to use Rileys poker which appeared as Intersafe Global

And Betclick poker, which appears as MC Betclick Ltd.

PLEASE HELP GUYS

Search this site for other references to Aqua Pay
  • Just I disputed a transaction for Rednines poker which was descripted as Rosatholdings.com and it turned out it was legit and was as I said, Rednines poker deposit. But, I have literally just received a new card two days ago. I have used it again for Red Nines and Betclick, nothing else. And now I have a deduction under the "Aqua Pay" descriptor. I am awaiting confirmation from Red Nines management as to whether it is one of their descriptors.

If it isn't them I am going to be worried, :eek:seen as all I have used the new card for is to deposit to theirs and one other poker site.

ANY HELP WOULD BE VERY WELL RECEIVED
