Ncp rejected

Parked in a railway station forgot to pay. Appealed using the template on the newbies page. Got a letter which was printed slanty (1st letter on left side cut off) It said my letter was received on the 18th Febuary ( I had sent it well before then) It says the notice was correctly issued. They have given me a popla code. Could someone please help me with the next step? Thanks

On your post, hit EDIT, Go Advanced, Delete Message.

May not work if you are using a Smartphone.

Tried that but it doesn't give me that option only gives me options to edit or edit notifications. Possibly because I am using desktop version on my own but that is my only way of accessing this.

Send a PM to a board guide (Crabman, Savvy or Soolin) and ask them to delete it.
