So that's as I thought. I have no intention of ignoring a County Court Judgement, but lets be clear, simply having the court find in favour of ECP does not mean all of a sudden I have a poor credit rating and my employability is affected!
To me it is fairly apparent that DRP are misleading in their statement.0 -
It is until it's paid, as it starts as soon as the judge decrees it
Paying it off promptly within the specified time frame ensures it can be expunged
Drp are correct but do not fully explain it in order to frighten people into payment
Ie , it's a half truth0 -
