Electrical rewiring

Hi, I’ve just moved into a house which has very little electrics, some rooms without any access, so I’ve had some quotes for a full rewrite and new fuse board. Because we will be renovating the kitchen in a few years and we have 3 double plugs in there, we were hoping to leave that room.
One electrician has quoted full rewrite without the kitchen so I assume he will be able to add the existing kitchen wiring to the new fuse board, however a second quotation suggested this wasn’t possible and a full rewrite is the only option.
Just wondered what people’s thoughts were on this.

If the kitchen is on its own circuit you might get away with it.0
