Jet2 Seating allocation with Disability Assistance

Looking for guidance.

We are traveling with our parents to Spain at the beginning of April. Mum has poor mobility and uses a wheelchair so we have booked Disability Assistance.

Just doing check-in. For Seat allocation will we be allocated seats together as we have requested Disability Assistance or would we have to pay be to seated together (or even just Mum and Dad together)?

Call up the airline as previously mentioned, they will allocate seats together for your mom and dad free of charge.

Your mother and one other member of your group will be sat together ar no extra charge. The remaining two of you will be seated in another part of the plane unless you pay for seat allocation.

Depending on your departure airport you will find that either your mother and her nominated companion will go through security separately (with assistance) and the other two will go through security in the normal fashion. However, some airports will allow the four of you to go through the assistance channel.

If there is a chance that you will be separated then make sure that you print off your boarding cards and hand them out. If you rely on all boarding passes on one smartphone you will have a problem. Same applies on your return flight. Alternatively, use 2 smartphones.

    Have a good holiday.
