Bit late now as you've presumably sent it but a lot of it was written in the First Person (I, myself) and should have been written in the Third Person (The Defendant)

Posting a Defence for appraisal just two hours before the filing deadline is not the best tactic.

In fact, I find it difficult to believe that today is the due date.
A Claim Issued on 17th May would have a Defence due date of Wednesday 19th June 2019.
As 18th and 19th May were a Saturday and Sunday, no Claims would've been Issued with those dates.
A Claim Issued on 20th May would have a Defence due date of Monday 24th June 2019.

Agreed, that's a witness statement not a defence, but as long as it's in if the time is up then at least it's something to work with later on at evidence stage, pre-hearing.

RSG1997 tell us if you've submitted it or not, and on time?

And don't disappear for 3 months again like before. You have several stages to complete yet and all is revealed in the NEWBIES thread and we need you to give us more time to assist you when you have to sort out your evidence and WS before the hearing.
