Your PCN number and vehicle registration number are clearly visible on that first image.

What was the date of parking? And on what date did the NTK arrive?
it was on 06/03/19 parking and NTK arrived 5/04/19

Are you saying that there is no way of paying to park on the driveway? Driveways aren't usually used as car parks as far as I know! It'd be interesting to know what that high sign says, could you stand on a chair and take a photo? And if you don't want to put it on a hosting site, then just write exactly what the sign says in a post on

every house has one driveway only one car can parked there . the sign so high you need big ladder to see it clear and read it Soon I will picture of it.

If you're going to appeal, use the blue templat e on the Newbies' thread - it's in the section headed 'Appealing a private PCN (England & Wales ONLY)'

But if the parking situation is as peculiar as it sounds, perhaps the experienced regulars would recommend adding something to the template ....?

yes normally I would use the Template but some need advice and help with

As ParkDirect is an IPC member, the appeal is not likely to succeed and that will be the end of the appeal stage. I don't see much point in appealing unless the circumstances are really unusual.
yes but its visitor someone else parked so I parked in father in law place then he parked there at visitor they didnt give no visitor permit

    It's quite a confusing situation.

As you've missed the deadline for the first appeal, I'm wondering whether it is really worth trying to appeal claiming exceptional circumstances, I really don't know. I think I might be inclined to leave it be ...

Who owns the parking spaces? There will be a landowner or agent of some kind. Is it a Housing Association? One thing you can do as well as appealing is to complain to the landowner or agent, explaining the situation and strongly requesting that they cancel the PCN.

This would need to be a very clear email from you so, if you want, work with us folk here to get the circumstances crystal clear before sending a complaint.

The windscreen PCN would have had appeal details on the back, they always do.

The keeper can certainly still submit the usual template from the NEWBIES thread now.

Already told you above - appeal as keeper using the template in the NEWBIES thread.

Can you log into ParkDirect's website using the PCN and VRN, and view all the photos they took, including the sign? Please show us that.

  • The land belongs to Housing Association

I was parked in my father in law driveway he came from work he parked in visitor bay When I left he forgot to remove his car back in his driveway because he went to sleep ,

the whole parking management operating in the area start of two neighbors blocking each other and fighting always so the whole area have to pay now .

no visitor permit was give to house any house you have to pay there is no pay details on sign even it was you need big ladder to read those signs.

Complain strongly to the housing association.

Explain what happened, explain how difficult it is to read the sign. Be polite but firmly insist that they cancel the charge.
  • Complain to the housing association and appealed via post because there was no other way

picture of sign can anybody read it only if your 7 feet tall

Nope, can't read it but this is the same as all other cases.

No need for as thread about appeals stage as it is standard stuff covered by the NEWBIES thread 1st post and you then ignore them when they reject the appeal, as the NEWBIES thread 3rd post tells you, as IAS is not a fair option for anyone.

Come back if they eventually file a small claim. PD are not known for them really.
No worries, all defendable if they try. Keep ALL paperwork for 6 years in case.

No need for any stages in between to need discussion here.

The resident needs to lobby the MA to kick the scumbag ex-clampers out.

Were there a competition, my vote would go to that one as the worst signage I've seen so far. Truly ridiculous.
