Met ntk 25 days - update, we won!

Okay, I would normally just pay a parking fine, but 13 minutes over at McDonalds when the sign was not spotted is killing me! Taking into account a possible 10 minutes grace...
Anyway I appealed to MET who answered none of my questions and just gave me a POPLA code.
It is £50 pay now, or £100 if I lose.
Double or quits.
Date of incident 22 December, ANPR used, date of notification 25 days later. At no point did I say who the driver was.
I can't see if MET abide by the POFA 2012. On the back of the letter it states about Registered Keeper details and data processing and that at is how they got our details. I have spent ages looking at this, part of me wants to pay to make it go away, but I know that is how they are making their money and I actually want to slap them. If they have cocked up then I will appeal to Popla.

they failed POFA if there was no windscreen ticket as the NTK should have arrived by day 15 following the incident
so the keeper has a golden ticket for popla
see the NEWBIES thread post #3 and construct your popla appeal, starting with POFA failure, the driver has not been identified , poor signage , no landowner authority , grace periods etc
there are TWO grace periods, one before to park up and read the signs (say 5 minutes), and ten minutes OR MORE to depart at the end of the session
so 13 minutes is within those tolerance, never mind their POFA failure0 -

ALWAYS appeal them with forum help, whether they be from a Local Authority (pepipoo are the specialist forum) or a private parking scammer (stay here for the expert answers). Success rate in the high ninety percent, for both.It is £50 pay now, or £100 if I lose.
