hello
sorry this is my first post and not sure I'm doing this right
I received a PCN through the post stating that my car was parked in a child and parent bay whilst unaccompanied out of the vehicle by a child under 12 years or less
it states that It was there for two minutes exactly
and there is a charge of £100 reduced to £60 if paid with in 14 days should I pay this charge
thank you deano

    It is not a fine.

Edit your post to remove information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.

The Keeper has protections in law that The Driver does not.

Do this before you do anything else.

Next, read the sticky thread for NEWBIES then send the template appeal in blue text you will find there, unaltered from The Keeper. Read up what to do after that if/when it is rejected.
Get you own pics of the signs at the entrance, around the car park, and the bay markings.

Complain to the store manger or CEO about genuine customer being scammed, but as "an occupant of the car" Do not reveal the driver's identity.

Please also complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.

Parent and child bays are just gimmicks marked with meaningless graffiti.
