Hi
Got a notice to keeper from NGSL, no where on the ticket is there any mention of the Creditor, is this a pretty much sure fire win at POPLA because its does not comply with POFA, so the keeper cant be held liable, Am i correct?

Presumably you mean NSGL.
There is no such thing as a sure fire win at PoPLA. We have seen some really obscure results and there are no guarantees of a win.
Use ALL the template appeal points from post 3 of the NEWBIES that are relevant. You inly need one to stick whereas the scammers have to defend each and every point. The more points you use the better chance you have of a win.
