Bad service from Adrian Flux car insurance

Terrible service from Adrianflux
I have been insured with Adrian flux for several years and they always insured me on a multicar policy with Equity Red Star. I had a minor accident and claimed on one of my cars which was sorted out in a reasonable manner. When i renewed my policy they issued all the documents from ESR but the next day i received further documents from another insurance company which on looking at the reviews had 80% bad feedback when i contacted Adrian Flux they then said that ERS did not want to insure me as i had made a claim, so why issue the documents from ERS when they had no intention of renewing my policy. I have now cancelled all dealings with Adrian Flux and feel let down by them after several years of being a good customer
