Insurance for Damp Proofing after 4 years

I am currently selling a terraced house. We had Damp proofing done on one wall when we bought the house 4 years ago. It was one wall and it cost about £500 at the time. We never received any guarantees or insurance backed guarantee and the contractor is now out of business.
Presently the buyer of our property wanted a guarantee, we never received one so the buyer now wishes that we get insurance out on the wall that was damp proofed before buying the house. Would that be a service available from any company? I can't think of an insurance company that would insure work from a contractor that doesn't even exist now?? The buyer has done two surveys on the house and the wall has come back fine in both but it didn't seem to satisfy them.
any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
