How much is the cheque for ? what is the payment for ?

If its credit related, it cannot be more than £500.

You are not scrutanised whilst in your IVA, however, at review time, i do beleive you have to supply 3 months worth of bank statements to your IP.

You are allowed a life whilst under the terms of these arrangements, as long as you follow the rules and restrictions.

The cheque is from the bank for 655 pounds it’s from the way they handled my account back in 2012 apparently didn’t expect it, it’s not PPI or anything like that and the account has been closed since 2014. Its just that we’ve made a full and final offer on the IVA and not sure if they are going to take that off me Aswell as the 10k we have just offered them !!
