Bellway New Build House Shaking - Builder Won't Help

Please, can someone assist me as I am at the end of my tether?
In June 2017 I moved into a new build Bellway home costing around £220,000
Soon after moving in I reported to Bellway that the garden was waterlogged, and the house was shaking whenever a large vehicle went past on the main road opposite my house.
They advised the garden was fine, and the shaking was in my mind.
Numerous visitors have noticed the house shaking without prompting, and the doors are now shaking in their frames. The shower cubicle shakes, the house itself "jumps" and wakes you up in the night.
Occasionally loud cracks can be heard, however, no noticeable cracks have formed.
As I am getting to the end of my 2 year guarantee period I really need to do something but I don't know where to turn.
I have spoken to the NHBC who have advised they would only help if the house was cracking or fell down.
I have started fixing the flooding garden, and have installed a sump pump and one french drain so far feeding into the pump. The sump pump has a water meter on it. In 7 days, the pump has removed 1000 litres of water. I still have at least 2 more french drains to fit.
When I dig a hole in the garden, it fills up to within an inch of the surface.
The entire garden if you bounce, begins to bounce too, like it is made of quicksand.
Is my house floating on quicksand?
What can I do? Who can I contact? How can I get Bellway to help?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Many houses, new and old, shake when large vehicles pass by.
I guess a start would be to monitor traffic to determine what sort was doing it. Is it just one lorry (that's overladen?), or every bus, or everything bigger than a car?
Overall, I think you're on a hiding to nothing.0 -
Everything bigger than a car, but with so much water being removed, surely that isn't right?0
