Home Buyer Survey

I have a 12 year old new build and currently in the process of selling. my buyers has requested/paid for a home buyer survey to be done which is perfectly sensible. I don't know why i'm worried as my home is in good condition. That said, is there anything I should definitely be doing prior to the surveyor coming round other than general tidy up? Thanks, i'm a bit of a worrier and not been down this route before as first home.

No reason even for a tidy up really, the surveyor isn't judging your skills at decluttering. I wouldn't worry about it.0
