How to sell (Australian) Commonwealth Bank of Australia Shares?

As part of an Intestate Estate we've found around £5,000 or so worth of Commonwealth Bank of Australia shares, what's the best way to sell these (i.e. the cheapest way so as to maximise the return to the Estate?)

Similarly (and I'm not sure if this is best asked on the Death/Probate Board) do the Shares needs to be transferred to the Executor/Beneficiary first and then sold or can they be sold while currently in the name/account of the deceased? (Of course we'll be supplying Death Certificate and Grant of Administration etc. just wondering on the simplest way of cashing the shares in.)
