I was considering getting another card altogether...whats the point of it if i cant use it?
As long as i'm clearing it each month then i don't see why this happened. As you say...its a small amount!0 -

I've never heard of a card provider randomly reducing someones credit limit if they are paying in full every month.

Aqua did reduce my credit limit, after I didn't use the card for the first 4 months.
I rang up and said please send the PIN notification, so I can start using it.
