I notice the offer suggests not all covenants will be merged and goes on to tell me that my solicitor will confirm these.
If I engage I have to pay the fee (I presume just costs, not the freehold cost). So it'll cost me to find out.
Which ones would they typically keep? To be honest I don't mind any of them.0
