    I’ve looked at this for ages and I can’t see why the OP’s original take on this - an extra 20 added each 25 years - is wrong.

    I really want to understand it. Can anyone help?

    I notice the offer suggests not all covenants will be merged and goes on to tell me that my solicitor will confirm these.

    If I engage I have to pay the fee (I presume just costs, not the freehold cost). So it'll cost me to find out.

    Which ones would they typically keep? To be honest I don't mind any of them.
