Selling my house

I thought I would put a comment on here to tell you about a website that I used recently to sell my home privately. It is www.4gettheagent.co.uk I would recommend it to anyone. I sold my home in 3 weeks of advertising on the site and it only cost me £69, plus I got all the support I needed via the website. More support than I would have got from an estate agent because lets face it they all take in strange ways and use the same jargon! Plus none of them are qualified in the field of estate agency.
The website was very easy to use, very supportive and informative and also provide a full downloadable guide on how to buy and sell privately free of charge.
I would recommend anyone uses 4gettheagent.co.uk it is so simple to sell your home privately, even easier than using an estate agent, you can check any interest via email at work and arrange appointments yourself when it suits you. You can also use the site along with estate agents (just check your contract that you are not locked into a “sole selling rights” contract).
I saved £4800 selling privately which I am going to put towards a new car. Look at it this way, if everyone sold their home privately, mortgage amounts would reduce (most people add the estate agent fee to the mortgage amount anyway) and their would be more money in the economy for consumer spending).
An estate agent rarely advertises your property to the maximum and very rarely shows a potential buyer round your home for you. They all use the same script to sell a home but selling privately you can describe it anyway you wish.
Remember www.4gettheagent.co.uk it is well worth it. Save yourself some cash!!Been away for a while.0 -
hey spammer:
save the 69 quid and make yourself a sale board (from scrap wood) for outside the house. paint "house for sale" and a mobile tel number on it.
