Tenancy clause clarity

I have the following clause in my 6 month AST agreement;
The rent shall be £3000 for the period from and including 15th September 2018 to and including 14th March 2019 and from the 15th April 2019 £500 per month payable in advance.
Should it, where it states 15th April actually say the 15th March,? I have I accidently been given a rent free month?

Yes I suspect it should indeed say 15th March. But it doesn't.
Whether you want to claim your 'free' month and enter into a battle with the landlord is up to you.
Were it togo to court, there is a fair chance (75%?) the judge would declare it as being clearly an administrative error witht the actual intent being for rent to be £500 pm from the end of the initial period.
But judges are unpredictable and they might rule in your favour since the contract was drawn up by the landlord, not you.
