Europarks Popla Appeal

Hello,
I have appealed using the sample letter in this forum,
And as expected it has been rejected.
So I will now appeal to Popla.
My question is, can I use the same letter that someone on here has used for the exact same car park?
Also, they have sent me a picture of the sign, the exact wording is not the best at implying there are charges after 17:00. Can I word it so that this applies as a reason to appeal?
It reads ‘CHARGES APPLY AT ALL TIMES’ at the top. However on the pricing side it says ‘MONDAY TO FRIDAY 0900 HOURS TO 1700 HOURS’ and then on the line below says ‘MAXIMUM STAY 4 HOURS’
And then goes into the pricing. That to me Could read as free after 17:00?
Thanks in advance...
