Care Parking (Anchor Security), DRP and now SCS Law

So for the past year I have had several tickets from Care Parking claiming I was parking in a space tied to my flat with no permit.
I had a permit on display and every time the "evidence" was only 3/4 of the sides of the car and never included the actual window where there was a Permit.
The first 3 times I appealed to Care Parking who cancelled the tickets apologising for "operator error" each time. The next 3 times they refused the appeal and claimed the other 3 times don't count (same car, same permit, same space, same operator)
POPLA disagreed and gave them three rulings against them
7th time I had enough and simply wrote a letter to the management company about it, they said they have told them to cancel the ticket so do nothing.
3 months later letters from DRP came, I sent a denial letter stating the above but they ignored them, I have had about a dozen so far.
Now SCS law have sent me a letter and its a bit odd.
It's their letterhead but all the contact details are from DRP and honestly its word for word the same as the DRP letters amusingly so I have sent them a denial letter
There is one bit difference however the "contravention" has suddenly changed from "No Permit" to "Permit not clearly displayed when operator visited"
What is going on?

Yes, it's drp. Ignore
Tell the management company that their agent ignored their instructions and you are being harassed.0
