Britannia rogues

Hi everyone
I know that there are many many posts about appealing a parking ticket from Britannia but my situation is slightly different and I'm not sure if it matters!
I received a ticket on my windscreen last week from Britannia saying I had overstayed the 1hr and 30 min limit in Waitrose carpark. With the ticket was a WARNING notice saying I had been parked for over the allowed time limit. I don't know if it was put there before the PCN (or how long before) or after. The PCN records my arrival at 9:30am and the ticket being issued at 11.17am so I'm assuming no more than 17 mins between the two notices.
There are two signs in the carpark, one as you drive into the second half of the carpark and the second on the far side to where I was parked.
I was under the impression that it was a 2 hr limit but I guess that it neither here nor there.
I haven't yet received anything in the post from them.
Where do I go from here? I know there is a template in the newbie section from reading other threads but I haven't found it yet so if someone could help with that too I'd appreciate it!
Thank you very much

No situation is slightly different, they're all the same. Read post #1 in the newbies thread, read it carefully. It tells you all you need to know for an initial appeal, and the template is found under Appealing a private PCN (England & Wales ONLY) in big writing.0
