Best way to save

After remortgaging I am trying to rebuild my savings from scratch
I have jsut switched to RBS to make the most of the £150 bonus
I would like to save about £100-200 a month ideally
I am not sure whether to put £100 a month into a Instant Cash Isa, Instant savings account or a high interest current account. I don't really understand how the high interest current account would work
What would be my best thing to do?
I would like to keep it instant access
Thanks in advance!

Why not open a bank account and 5% (for a year) regular saver? https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/best-regular-savings-accounts/0

Forgive me for asking but how would the regular saver work alongside my recently switched current account at RBS?
Transfer £1000 into it to meet the minimum amount and transfer £900 out of it a few days later and leave £100 in to save each month?

£100 a month would only pay you £30 interest for the year though, so is it worth the hassle?0
